Shipping Policy

USA Orders

A-Street Prints will ship wallpaper within 1-3 business days of receipt of order via FedEx Home Delivery Ground. Wallpaper orders can be shipped free of charge to a selected dealer of choice. Dealer is chosen at checkout. Products will be shipped in 1-3 business days via FedEx Home Delivery Ground. If you have elected to have your order shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air, your order will ship same day. For UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air shipments, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM EST, Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 3pm EST will ship the following Monday. We do not ship goods on weekends. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Wallpaper

Customers will be charged $10 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for FedEx Home Delivery Ground, $25 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for UPS 2nd Day Air, and $30 (plus $1 for each additional wallpaper roll) for UPS Next Day Air. Please allow additional shipping time for special order products. Eijffinger items will arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Samples

Samples can be shipped USPS mail for $3 or USPS First Class with Tracking for $5. For the Trade, please note that Trade Accounts cannot expedite sample orders. Please checkout as a guest to expedite samples.

Other Charges

Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico have an additional $25 shipping charge

*Shipping discounts and waivers are subject only to standard ground shipping options unless otherwise noted in promotional details. All shipping promotions, including free shipping, do not apply to samples.

Canada Orders

A-Street Prints will ship samples within 2-5 business days of receipt of order via Canada Post or Purolator Ground. Products that can be ordered directly from A-Street Prints will be shipped via Purlator Ground, Expedited Standard International, or UPS Worldwide Express Saver. Purolator customers will be charged $10 + surcharges and should allow for 3-7 business days for delivery, Expedited Standard International customers will be charged $40 + surcharges and should allow for 3-7 business days for delivery, UPS Worldwide Express customers will be charged $50 +surcharges and should allow for 2-4 business days for delivery.

Please note that free shipping promotions to DO NOT apply to Canada.

International Orders

We are sorry, but at this point in time we are unable to process orders on-line for orders outside North America. A-Street Prints does have a distribution and retailer network throughout the world.
