In A-Street Prints’ ever-expanding design catalogue, there are a handful of fan-favorite wallpapers that never seem to go out of style. First introduced in 2017, our Mare wave wallpaper is one such fan-favorite design. Playful and chic, this wave design is filled with movement and artistic flair.

If you’re choosing a fun wave wallpaper like Mare, why not go all-in on the beach theme? That’s exactly what Becky did with her petite downstairs powder room! In addition to wrapping the walls with the playful print, Becky brought in bright accents and pops of coastal decor. Our favorite part? The pun-derful ‘Shell Yeah!’ wall art.

Another petite powder room gets a coastal home makeover, this time with a sophisticated, coastal-resort spin. Heather transformed a unique, angular space into a chic coastal retreat with our Mare Navy Wave wallpaper, woven rattan pendant light, wooden fixtures, and embellished white subway tile.

While coastal is a natural direction to take with Mare, you might be surprised by how versatile the design is! Sarisa’s bathroom for her teenage son is a great example. The space is quirky but masculine, with a playful, global feel thanks to a mixing of patterns and prints grounded by black accents throughout.

Mare Wave Bedroom Bliss
Out of all the spaces we’ve seen using Mare, the bedroom Rachel designed for her son is by far the most imaginative and whimsical! You might not immediately think outer space with this wave design, but the vastness of both our oceans and our star-filled skies makes this combination a natural fit. The astronaut print (ironically) grounds the space, while pops of orange in the other two pieces add drama and depth to the blue wallpaper.

Another playful but more down-to-earth – or ocean floor – space is this bedroom designed by Leah and Sonia of Gray Oak Studio. The perfect adventure-packed room for a young boy, this bedroom is chock-full of fun, nautical touches.

Bathrooms that Make a Splash
When her son asked for a ‘blue surf bathroom,’ Brittni delivered with this elegant yet whimsical design. With our wave wallpaper and playful shark rug peeking out around the stunning, classical bones of this bathroom, there’s plenty of room to grow this style as her son gets older.

Susan created this equally elegant yet playful boy’s bathroom using our grey Mare wave wallpaper. Accented with star floor tiling, vintage-inspired sink, and industrial-chic cement-toned shelving, the space is youthful yet polished.
